Products and Services

Barton Eby Online Marketing, LLC offers two categories of offering:

Professional services, including website design and development, search engine optimization, AI search strategy, online marketing, and ongoing website care and maintenance. These are provided to business and organizational clients under a separate written proposal or project agreement. See the Professional Services section below.

Digital products, including AI prompt libraries and guides for sales professionals. These are sold through our separate funnel at closemoredealswithai.com. Current products, descriptions, and pricing are listed there. All digital products are delivered digitally, and upon successful payment you will receive immediate access via digital download or email delivery.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through SamCart, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Payment processing is handled by SamCart and its payment partners including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Professional Services

Separate agreement governs. Every professional services engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or project agreement covering scope of work, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment schedule. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website generally. Where these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Scope and revisions. Work performed is limited to the scope stated in the applicable agreement. Revision rounds, where offered, are stated in that agreement. Work requested beyond the agreed scope may require a change order and additional fees.

Client responsibilities. Timely delivery depends on the client supplying content, brand assets, account access, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable time. Delays caused by outstanding client items may extend the timeline and, where a project remains inactive for an extended period, may result in the project being closed with fees earned to date remaining payable.

Third-party services. Projects may rely on third-party platforms including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, and email service providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, are billed separately unless otherwise agreed, and remain the client's accounts and property. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, or discontinuation of third-party services.

No guarantee of results. Professional services are provided on a best-efforts basis. See our Disclaimer, including the Search Engine & AI Search Disclaimer and the Website Accessibility Disclaimer.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at barton@bartonebyonlinemarketing.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days of the original purchase date will not be honored. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

This refund policy applies to digital products only. Professional services are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. Payment terms, deposits, cancellation, and any refund of unearned fees for a services engagement are governed by the separate written proposal or project agreement for that engagement.

Digital Product License

Upon purchase of any digital product from Barton Eby Online Marketing, LLC, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the product in whole or in part
• Claim authorship or ownership of the product
• Use the product to create a competing product or service
• Share login credentials or download links with any third party

Any violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your access and may subject you to legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on bartonebyonlinemarketing.com and closemoredealswithai.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and digital products — is the property of Barton Eby Online Marketing, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Client work. The above applies to our own websites and products. For professional services engagements, the client retains ownership of content, trademarks, and materials the client supplies. Upon final payment in full, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for them. Barton Eby Online Marketing, LLC retains ownership of its underlying code, frameworks, tools, templates, and methods, along with the right to reuse them, and retains the right to display completed work as part of its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Earnings and Income Disclaimer

Any earnings, income, or results represented on our websites or in our products are not guaranteed and are for illustrative purposes only. Individual results will vary. Nothing on our websites should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of specific earnings or results.
